  2. Entrants do not need to be present to win.
  3. All ducks entered will be provided by and shall remain the property of the Boys Girls Clubs of Utah County.

  5. A number will be attached to each duck relating to the donation confirmation number.
  6. The person's name who appears on the entry ticket corresponding to the first ducks in order of finish will be awarded prizes. A list of prizes can be obtained from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Utah County by sending a written request and a self-addressed stamped return envelope to: Lucky Duck Derby, c/o The Boys & Girls Clubs of Utah County 1060 E. 1050 N. Provo, UT 84606
  7. Presenter reserves the right, at its sole option, to substitute prizes of comparable value.
  8. No purchase is necessary in order to enter or win. The Boys Girls Club does encourage a donation of $5.00 per entry to benefit youth programs of Utah County.
  9. Free entry tickets defeat the charitable fundraising purpose of the event and are not encouraged. However, one free entry ticket per person can be obtained by presenting a handwritten request in person between the hours of 10:00 a.m. 11:00 a.m. Monday through Wednesday (except holidays) at the Boys Girls Clubs of Utah County administrative offices, which address is listed in paragraph four above, and submitting therewith a self-addressed, stamped return envelope for mailing of the entry ticket. Due to limited staffing, call to verify assistance availability before going.
  10. Requests for free entry tickets made after 4:00 p.m. on August 7, 2008 or after 10,000 ducks have been sponsored, will not be honored.
  11. Top 5 prize Winners will be announced following the race - on location - on Saturday, August 8, 2008. All other entrants will be notified by United States mail, by telephone, or by email. Race winners need not be present to win. A list of race winners can be obtained from the BGC by sending a written request and a self addressed, stamped return envelope to Boys & Girls Clubs at the address listed in paragraph four above. If any race winner does not claim his or her prize from the Boys & Girls Club at the address listed in paragraph four above within 30 days after August 8, 2008, the Boys Girls Club will select a substitute winner through a random drawing of entry tickets.
  12. Any and all taxes and similar fees, including, but not limited to, applicable license and registration fees on any vehicles, are the sole responsibility of the winners. No cash equivalent prizes will be provided in lieu of the designated prizes.
  13. By entering, entrants release the Boys & Girls Clubs and its members, directors, agents, employees, and other related entities from any and all liability with respect to prizes.
  14. By entering, winners consent to promotional use of their names and likeness without additional compensation.
  15. Chances of winning depend on the total number of qualified entries.
  16. If the Boys Girls Club determines, in its sole discretion, that the race cannot occur at the scheduled time for any reason, the race will be postponed to another date and time by public announcement.
  17. Must be 18 or older to win.
  18. All rules and regulations subject to change.
